The purchase of your Wholesale order indicates that you agree to the terms of the following Wholesale Agreement:
WHOLESALE PRICING

All prices are listed in US dollars. Authorized retailers will receive wholesale pricing per
the provided line sheet, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Because we are constantly adding to and improving our product.
Not all retail products are available at wholesale pricing.
OPENING ORDERS

A minimum order of $150 is required on opening orders. Opening orders must include
a copy of your Tax ID. Orders must be prepaid either via paypal or credit card prior to
shipment of goods. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.
REORDERS

A minimum order of $100 is required on reorders.

We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.
PRODUCT IMAGES

Wild Botanicals will make available images that you might require for your print and online presence.
PAYMENT METHODS
______________________________________
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal are acceptable forms of payment. Shipments are typically dispatched within 1-2 weeks, but please allow up to 3 weeks for the order to be processed. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total once the order is pulled and is prepared for shipment. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment, specific carriers may be used and prices considered on a case-by-case basis.
NATURE OF HANDMADE GOODS

Due to the nature of my production method, each product may vary slightly.
DAMAGE & RETURNS

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us at wholesale@shopwildbot.com within 10 business days of receipt to discuss any goods damaged in shipment. At this time damaged goods are handled on a case by case basis, however damaged product must be identified and documented with supplied photography for our records. Damaged merchandise that meets qualifications may be returned and will be replaced with new merchandise at no additional cost. Returns after 10 days with no damage has a 25% restocking fee and client must pay shipping to return product.
DROP SHIPPING & CONSIGNMENT

We are not offering drop shipping or consignment arrangements at this time, though we value your interest in our line and appreciate your consideration.
PRODUCT SAMPLES

We do not supply product samples free of charge.
SAMPLES ARE NOT FOR RESALE.
These samples are for you or customer testing only.
They are at a discounted rate from the wholesale price.
You may receive one sample of each product per order per month.
You may not order more than one sample per product.
If you purchase more than policy allows, I will refund that amount.
If you need more info on a product, look under the original listing of that product.

through any on-line auction or online store (such as Ebay, Amazon or other similar sites)
